Freedom

In 1776 there were a lot of people looking to live independent from a greedy King. These men fought that "Superpower" and won their independence.
In 2016, Donald Trump was elected to preserve those freedoms our fathers and grandfathers fought and died for.

We are living on the edge of time when there are so many impoverished nations around the globe, teetering on survival or extinction. The amount of humanitarian aid that has been shelled out from this country to help feed the world and rebuild communities destroyed by disaster and war is staggering. Had we kept our noses out of the business of foreign politics and concentrated on our own security, we might well be better off than we are now. Our National Debt would be a fraction of itself and our infrastructure would be the envy of the world. And, we know now that we certainly do have all of the natural resources we need for years to come.

There is a monumental task before us as Americans. We need to stop the bleeding and get back into the business of bringing our factories and our manufacturing back inside these borders. We tried to help the world by giving away our jobs and our treasure. It didn't work. After the earthquake in Haiti destroyed everything, we gave them $1 Billion to rebuild the tin shacks everyone lived in. Bill Clinton (Ambassador to Haiti at the time) stole a lot of that money to start the Clinton Foundation. The Government of Haiti did rebuild the Presidential Palace and restored it to it's former elegance, but the mainstay of the population never saw a cent of that relief money.

We also need to remember and honor the memory of those men and women who fought and died defending this great nation. without them, I wouldn't be allowed to pen these words.

Hoping everyone except one has a fabulous day.

Don Tyndall
